Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Mass.

I had no qualms about the first book. It was about a bad ass assassin whom had a love triangle. I''m not one for love triangles.
And her character....
1. She's an assassin. I loved the way Sarah made her different and how the assassin loves clothes and looking pretty.
But to make her so... Narcissistic?
Not cool, man. 
Actually, let me clarify. In one instance she's all goody-goody. The next shes; touch-me-I-will kill-you- and-stuff-you-in-a-casket.
So there are two sides to her.
What I didn't like was that (other than her narcissism) she didn't really like making decisions for herself. She was always, "Is this going to work?"
"Will this be OK?"
and, "Will someone be mad at me?" 

And there are five six books.
 Six.
I know. So six books to keep the book series going, to keep it stretched long enough for six books.
No qualms.
Except, when I read the second book. Halfway through I wanted to stop and tear my eyeballs out of my head. So why would I want to read the next four books? I wouldn't.
What aggravated me the most was the love triangle. Like I said, I'm not much for them anyway. *shrug, Shrug*  I don't think I'm going to read the rest of this series.

 An uptight FBI Special Agent is paired with a foul-mouthed Boston cop to take down a ruthless drug lord.

Who doesnt like a movie with Sandra Bullock and Mallisa McCarthy? Certainley not me.

This is quircky, funny, absolutley action packed, ect. Which makes this good for both Male and Female viewers. Throught the whole movie you're laughing and by the end of it- well you better hope for a cough drop and tissues. You'll be rollin' laughing with tears in you're eyes and a sore throat from laughing so hard.

Yep.

Throne Of Glass by Sarah J. Mass

First off, there is one thing you notice when you look at this awesome book cover. And no it's not the awesome font.
It's the bad ass woman you see, holding knives cleavers and wearing tight black clothing.
Who wouldn't want to read this?
I mean, duh.

If she beats her opponents in a series of eliminations, she'll serve the kingdom for three years and then be granted her freedom.

Celaena finds her training sessions with the captain of the guard, Westfall, challenging and exhilirating. But she's bored stiff by court life. Things get a little more interesting when the prince starts to show interest in her... but it's the gruff Captain Westfall who seems to understand her best.

Then one of the other contestants turns up dead... quickly followed by another.

Can Celaena figure out who the killer is before she becomes a victim? As the young assassin investigates, her search leads her to discover a greater destiny than she could possibly have imagined...

In this epic thriller an assasin kills for the king. She meets new people and her perspective on everything changes. She has to win.
She has to survive.
It was a page turner for me. Everything about it was fast paced and utterly.... HUGE. Her personality was amusing and her relationships were... humorous. Funny.
I loved it!
But only you can judge a book for we all have different opinions.
Now that I have splurged and told you the good news, handing you a cherry piece of pie here's the parts that agravvated me:
1. Dorian. He's the prince. You would think he would be smarter than he is? though Sarah J. Mass did a good job on making him different than any other of those pale faces prince's out there.
and
2. Chaol. how in the world-? never mind. he just needs to... how do I put this? Hmm. he needs to tell himself how much he likes her. Already. Get on with it.

   to read it.

And She's Back! Rainbow Rowell strikes again!



  Cath is a Simon Snow fan.

Okay, the whole world is a Simon Snow fan . . .

 This book.... Oh! You fall in love with the characters Wren, Cath, Reagan, and Levi. Oh... Levi. Bestill my heart! You will be a fan girl by the end of this. FAN GIRL. I'm telling you. 

 

See what I mean? hellooo Levi. Farm boy extraordinaire. Rainbow Rowell captures the essence of love, whatever that may be. She can write!

And I oh-so-do love it!
