 This book.... Oh! You fall in love with the characters Wren, Cath, Reagan, and Levi. Oh... Levi. Bestill my heart! You will be a fan girl by the end of this. FAN GIRL. I'm telling you. 

 

See what I mean? hellooo Levi. Farm boy extraordinaire. Rainbow Rowell captures the essence of love, whatever that may be. She can write!

And I oh-so-do love it!

Elizabeth Smart..... My Story

If you ever -I mean ever- want to read this book (You have to read it!!) Have a box of tissues, emergency chocolate, and a happy movie on hand. And maybe the happy movie wont cut it because you'll be sitting there watching it and still crying about Elizabeth's story. 
And it would be awkward if someone walked in with you watching a happy movie, and well... crying. 

"What are you doing?" This is where you picture that person look of dumbfounded-ness.

uhhh.... Yep, drawing a blank.

"Want some chocolate?" *Offers the box up innocently while still crying*

Anyway, back to the book.
Elizabeth Smart. 
Is
Brilliant. 
 The whole story captured the child like innocence of a fear/terror/ horrible experience of getting taken out of your bed and made to walk a long way with a knife at your back. Scary. 
 The whole book captured the true fear of one who is only fourteen. 
one thing did irritate me though and that was the fact that she kept repeating herself. I quickly got over it by the end of the book. 
And by the end of the book I mean... Well I was looking pretty darn horrible. So I had to wait awhile to blog this so that I could actually see properly. 

Red itchy eyes, puffy leaky nose, and bitten off finger nails.

1. Child? I still am a Child. Um...lets see it would have to be dill beans, MY aunts pickles -let me wipe the drool from off my cin before continueing. Ok- Um... steak. Good cooked stake. And sush kabobs.

1. Ipod? Songs? I don't really do music. But if I did it would have to be Christopher Maloney's version of Bette Medlers 'The Rose.'

1. Outdoor; Swimming, hanging with friends, Skateboarding,riding my bike,ect.
2.  Indoor; drawing, painting, photography, making earrings, sleeping. 
5. What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
1. none. I do what I have to in order to keep the household running. Its called 'chores' for a reason. It a hard task you have to get done in order to enjoy free time later.  thats how I was raised. 
6. What is your favorite form of exercise?
1. Swimming. Walking. Bike riding. Sometimes hiking. 
7. What is your favorite time of day/day of the week/month of the year?
1. Summertime at four O'clock when the shadows are longest and just a slight breeze is blowing. Or when there's a slight rain fall, then night air clear and crisp. 
8. What’s your least favorite mode of transportation?
1. My Favorite is Winnie bago. My least favorite is.... a sedan.

1. my Legs. they are reasonably good looking

1. Never really thought about it. But I would have to go with.... My moms singing or her laugh.

1. Sold by Patricia McComick . And...Furnace by Alexander something-or-other. Two VERY good books
1. The movie would have to be Real Steel. One of my favorite all time movies.

1. Wait for Christmas presents. But I do love surprises so the wait is well worth it.

1. Made me a stronger person? Honey, I'm already strong.

1. Stole cookies. Didnt do my chores. The usual.

1. About a week ago. Mom made this sweet-chicken and rice stir fry. #BestMealEver

1. Pink things. Socks, lip gloss, underwear. The list could go on. I HATE pink wiht a passion. The color, or course. 
1. The best gift i ever got was my Kindle Fire. I will admit, i cried.

1. Whaaaa? Miss what? There's nothing to miss, seens as how I'm still a big one.

1. Christmas. It as always been Cristmas.

1. I think it was something stupid like a toy. I learned real quick not to trust Walmart or infomercial toys. They never work properly. Or last more than a day.

Just one year (just one day#2)

I give this book about two stars and here's why,
 1. the beginning of the book. Drawn out, and way too long.

 Willem -oh be still my heart!- was a fantastic, mysterious, love-me-not by who turned into a man. he was deep and sentimental. And then in Just one year he became so.... how do I put it?

Yep, that's about right. And then you find out he's actually a wuss. Accidents blah, blah, blah. It was all an accident.
Yeah, right, Bucko.
3. The ending.  It was awful. I waited a year for just one year to come out -the irony right?- and it comes out. I read it.

It was like taking a walk a journey, really reading Just one Day. And then Just one year come out, you'r so excited! Heart pounding.
You read it.
Yep. Your feet are bleeding by the time you finish the book.
Then your like, "WHHHHYYYYY???!!!!" And scare the crap out of your neighbors dog. Who then, in turn starts barking so you can't sleep and all you can think about is the book you just read.
Ugh.

"Awwwwww!" 
I mean, duh. This includes football, pumps, hot men, and an independent woman. 
Oh, And I forgot. 
It was funny! And the romance! *gasp* and-clutch-my-still-beating-heart!  Clears throat.
