Hollywood nobody

Do you feel like a nobody?

a book i can recommend. A book that i can relate to. Scotty and i both have a blog, and we both have a cloths problem. me, not as much as Scotty. My little sister is like Scotty. Stubborn, and persistent. She doesn't leave you be, until you tell her the truth. 4 stars!!!

Scotty Dawn has all the freedom a fifteen year old could want.  she and her mom Charley, travlel for Charley's work. Scotty doesn't know who she is, where she comes from or who to trust. And who is the mystery man chasing her and her mother, Charley?

Scotty writes in her hollywood blog, and the answers she finds are darker than she had expected.

Nobody want's to hear the cruel horrible truth. It always hurts.

4 stars!

You are holding an urgent and vital narrative that reveals the forbidden truth about our perilous times....
This is the astonishing testimonial of Wisty and Whit Allgood, a sister and brother who were torn from their family in the middle of the night, slammed into prison, and accused of being a witch and a wizard. Thousands of young people have been kidnapped; some have been accused; many others remain missing. Their fate is unknown, and the worst is feared—for the ruling regime will stop at nothing to suppress life and liberty, music and books, art and magic...and the pursuit of being a normal teenager.
No crime,
just punishment.

I like doing this.
quite fun. It occupies my on giong brain of thoughts. Calms it down.

Paleo Chocolate!

Paleo-ista baby!

I am on a new Paleo life style change. totally, not easy. The first week it sucks. You get chocolate deprived and everything tastes like cardboard.

I say, no more!

Okay i say more. :)
Mom and i (she and i are doing it together.) (hey... healthy makes happy right?) found a chocolate recipe that tastes... good. Suprisingly. WE made zukinni spagetti... that smelled horrible! But tasted good.
Here is the recipe! (for the chocolate!)

4 oz. dark chocolate,

1 C. Coconut oil.  (make sure its extra-virgin and unrefined... important for this recipe.)

1 handful of coconut flakes

1 handful silver almonds (and or pecans. Both are really good.)

1/2 tsp. seas salt (the salt is optional. sometimes it tastes like to way much salt, other times it doesn't. salt varies in this recipe)

Fill a pot with a few inches of water. balance a smaller pot on top so it hovers over the water. bring water to a simmer. Break chocolate into pieces and melt it into the top pot. Take the melted chocolate off of the heat, stir in the coconut oil until it melts. add coconut flakes and almonds.
Por into an 8*8 pa, lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salt on top.
Put in freezer until hard. or break with your hands.

When cold, munch away!

Lady Antebellum - Just A Kiss

Between the lines. :D

I love this book!

between the lines is an extraordinaire book! i found this book captivating, and i couldn't put it down! its brilliant, Jodi, and Samantha! praise for you!

What happens, when ever after...
isnt?

Delilah is a bit of a loner who prefers spending her time in the school library with her head in a book—one book in particular. Between the Lines may be a fairy tale, but it feels real. Prince Oliver is brave, adventurous, and loving. He really speaks to Delilah.
And then one day Oliver actually speaks to her. Turns out, Oliver is more than a one-dimensional storybook prince. He’s a restless teen who feels trapped by his literary existence and hates that his entire life is predetermined. He’s sure there’s more for him out there in the real world, and Delilah might just be his key to freedom.
Delilah and Oliver work together to attempt to get Oliver out of his book, a challenging task that forces them to examine their perceptions of fate, the world, and their places in it. And as their attraction to each other grows along the way, a romance blossoms that is anything but a fairy tale.

i read a lot of book. While i was reading htis one inparticular, i was reading two other ones. (i will blog them)
But this book captured my attention and held it, so i finished this book before i could put it down to read the other two. Guess what? I finished it in a day!  Not that im bragging or anything....
New York Times bestselling author Jodi Picoult and her teenage daughter present their first-ever novel for teens, filled with romance, adventure, and humor.

Evermore

Author- Alyson Noel
Book tittle- Evermore

Review from Amazon-
Since a horrible accident claimed the lives of her family, sixteen-year-old Ever can see auras, hear people’s thoughts, and know a person’s life story by touch.   Going out of her way to shield herself from human contact to suppress her abilities has branded her as a freak at her new high school—but everything changes when she meets Damen Auguste . . .

Ever sees Damen and feels an instant recognition.  He is gorgeous, exotic and wealthy, and he holds many secrets.  Damen is able to make things appear and disappear, he always seems to know what she’s thinking—and he’s the only one who can silence the noise and the random energy in her head.  She doesn’t know who he really is—or what he is.  Damen equal parts light and darkness, and he belongs to an enchanted new world where no one ever dies.
******
this book is really good. Well written, and easilly read. Sort of, i mean some of her sentences were confusion, and she went back in time a lot, then skipped ahead, so you have to know when she is switching.
i loved this book. i ranked with harry potter on my list! (which in case your wondering is high)

Sketchy behavior

Sketchy Behavior  By my favorite author!

Drawing Conclusions or Drafting Disaster? Other than harboring a somewhat obsessive fondness for Crispix and completely swearing-off boys after a bad date (don't ask), sixteen-year-old Kate Carter is about as ordinary as they come, except for her two notable talents: art and sarcasm. After an introduction to forensic sketching in her elective art class, Kate discovers a third and most unexpected gift: criminal profiling. Her photo-quality sketch helps the police catch a wanted murderer and earns her celebrity status in South Woodhaven Falls. But when that murderer appears to be using his friends to exact revenge, Kate goes from local hero to possible target. Will she manage to survive? Will life ever be normal again? And will local news anchor Ted Deffle ever stop sending her flowers?

This is an OK book. I mean the ending ends different than what you expect, and the charictors are differnt than any of her other books. Its just not as goos as her other books. but by itself, and if you dont think of her other books while reading it... its quite Ok. you kept turnong the pages to see what would happen, and its an easy read.

Sizzle...burn... and some spice!

SizzleSizzle, is a new book that i recently just finished.

Linda, fourteen, Has had the trip of a life time. Her aunt Elba got sick, so Linda moved in with her Aunt Pat... and five or six children. Her Aunt pat has a T.V Show called, 'Cooking with cans.' obviously not all that great of a show.  and her cooking is terrible.

Whats worse is her Aunt Elba tells her not to call until she learns her lesson...  which is what? On top of that and school, and her nose, a new boy poppes up in her life.

-Why be the sheep, when you can be the wolf?-

“When one consorts with assassins, one must expect to dance along the edge of a knife once or twice.”

 Book review from, Good reads;

Seventeen-year-old Ismae escapes from the brutality of an arranged marriage into the sanctuary of the convent of St. Mortain, where the sisters still serve the gods of old. Here she learns that the god of Death Himself has blessed her with dangerous gifts—and a violent destiny. If she chooses to stay at the convent, she will be trained as an assassin and serve as a handmaiden to Death. To claim her new life, she must destroy the lives of others.

Ismae’s most important assignment takes her straight into the high court of Brittany—where she finds herself woefully under prepared—not only for the deadly games of intrigue and treason, but for the impossible choices she must make. For how can she deliver Death’s vengeance upon a target who, against her will, has stolen her heart

genere;

Historical misteries,

Romance,
...cant think of anymore.....
                                                  *~*~*~*
This is a novel where it centers around, old time Gods, and the main character is an butt kicking woman. the author, Robin LaFevers, has made a brilliant story centering on Ismae, a Child of Mortain.
teh bad part about this book, is where it first starts....
then it gets better and better, until you cant put the book down. ths book is light and fun, but i would recommend it for YA. Hey if adults like this kind of stuff go for it...
just dont read it if you dont like fantasy fiction.
