Fishy Fishy Swimming in the sea....

          Fish!
I love cooked fish and there's a simple recipe for fish that I use all the time.

What you need:

Any kind of fish you like. For lack of a better word- it's sliced fish that you buy at the grocery store.
Lemon
Seasonings: Season salt or salt and pepper (optional)
Mint or oregano leaves (also optional)
And butter.

 Directions:

Put some butter in  a pan, set the pan on the stove, and let it simmer, melting the butter. Then take the slice of fish and lay it in the pan- BUT BE CAREFUL! It's hot and the butter will burn you as it fly's up and out of the pan.
Next you may either add the seasonings and or lemon or wait until the fish is done and then add the seasonings and lemon. The fish is cooked when you have flipped it over and when it's white.
VIOLA! your fish is cooked.
Then you can add the mint and or oregano leaves. My mom loves the mint. But I think its yucky.
I like to add the lemon when the fish is all done so I can fork it off and dunk it into the little container of squeezed lemon juice. Its really good.
Butter-y and lemon-y! Yum!
