Easy, Yummy Smoothie! (Gluten free)

Do you want something to squelch your sweet tooth? Its easy, fast, and it tastes good.

What you need:
An Apple (2 if they are small apples)
A banana (this is just used to thicken the smoothie. You can use dates or avocado if you want to)
Cinnamon
 Milk (it could be coconut, almond, cashew, etc.)
A pinch of sugar (optional)
Vanilla (to taste)

Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Put Ice cubes into a cup, and then pour the smoothie over the ice cubes so its cold, and then add a dash of cinnamon on top so its pretty. :) 
 I love to pour my smoothie into a mason jar, throw in a straw and a little umbrella! Heaven in a cup. 
This is a great little snack for fall when the weather is just starting to turn cold and the apples are ripe! Sit in your comfortable plus chair and enjoy the smoothie....
