10 Gluten free (paleo) Snack idea's!

Everyone asks me, "Well if you don't eat gluten, what do you eat?" 
Simple really. 

1. Cant go wrong with boiled eggs and some salt and pepper to taste. 

2. Smoothies! Banana, apples, strawberries, blueberries, ext. Go green, go smooth....

3. Frozen grape cycles! Stick grapes in the freezer wrapped in tin foil and bring out on a hot sunny summer day!


4.Lettuce wrap. Stuffing's=Ham, cheese, mayo, banana pepper, pickles, turkey, roast beef, tamato. the lettuce= kale, or Romanian lettuce leaves, but they have to be the big ones. 

5. Pickles. Munch, munch, munch.... Or dried fruit if your not a pickle fan. But then- I disown you. 

6. Ham rolled up with a little bit of cream cheese and pickle juice. :)

7. Almonds or mixed nuts. Trail mix can never go wrong. I love, Love, love, Honey roasted Almonds. Mhmhmhmmh.

8. Gluten free chips, cookies, and tortilla shells. These are sometimes NOT found in the local grocer's. I had to ask to put some in my grocery store. Now it seems like its always sold out. :/

9. Beef jerky! one of my favorite snacks. Or -if you no like meat- Fruit. Watermelon, rasberries, blueberry's,s etc.

10. War-something-or-other-salad. Tuna, Mayo, cranberries, apple hunks, celery (optional) and a pinch of some salt. All mixed together. Yum.
